Shipping policy

All items purchased online are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Customer is responsible for a flat rate shipping & handling fee of $10. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. Tailswag is not responsible for any delay in shipping caused by the USPS or otherwise. If a parcel is lost in transit, Customer must contact paige@tailswagnh.com and provide a copy of order receipt, tracking number, and any other relevant materials. If it is determined the parcel is indeed lost, Tailswag will issue a full refund. Any goods received damaged or missing are eligible for a full refund.
