Return/Exchange Policy

Items purchased from Tailswag may be returned or exchanged up to 21 days from the receipt of original order and must have tags still attached, be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. Items returned within this timeframe are eligible for store credit only. 

To return/exchange an item purchased online, items must be postmarked no later than 21 days from the receipt of original order and must have tags still attached, be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. Items returned within this timeframe are eligible for store credit only. If exchanging/returning an item via mail, the customer will be responsible for return shipping and Tailswag will provide free shipping on the new item being shipped in exchange. To initiate the a return/exchange via mail, please email paige@tailswagnh.com and include a copy of your receipt, items being returned/exchanged, and a reason for your return/exchange. We will respond to you within 2 business days with further instructions on how to proceed.

Any items purchased online that have been received damaged or missing are eligible for a full refund, less the cost of shipping.

Items returned/exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of original order are eligible for store credit pending the item is still being carried by Tailswag, has tags still attached, is in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. Customer is responsible for additional shipping on items exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of original order.
